Many digital health technology entrepreneurs struggle to attract start-up financing and this can inhibit their ability to grow. At best they may underperform their full potential; at worst they may stagnate, or fail. This challenge is even greater in many African regions where the enabling environment for innovation is nascent and fragmented.
